Greg Blankenbehler, Mr. "B", will outline our Music program for next year--and beyond! He is also the Chairman of the Music and Arts Committee and will be available to answer questions you may have about our Music program.
Earn Volunteer Hours!!
Serving on the Music & Arts Committee counts towards volunteer hours!
Potential Service Opportunities through Sub-Committees:
- Community Performances/Presentations/
Festivals/Exhibitions - Fundraising/Grant writing
- Public Relations (news articles, newsletter, etc.)
- General Committee Management (Vice Chair, Secretary, etc.)
- School-wide Organizations Liaison
- Web/Photos/Videos/Recording/
Technology
Additional items for discussion will include:
- Arts education activities for elementary and as electives for upper grades
- Potential future arts activities for Music, Visual Arts, Theatre and Dance
- Schedule planning for next year's arts performances, festivals and
- exhibitions
All parents and interested community members are welcome to attend and join the Music and Arts Committee in supporting and expanding the arts at John Adams Academy!!
