We are absolutely thrilled to invite author, Alan Schroeder, to John Adams Academy!  He will be conducting assemblies for our 3rd - 10th graders, signing books purchased by our scholars, meeting with classes and individual students to discuss their writing, and so much more.  He is the author of many books, often focusing on telling the story of influential historical figures.  Be sure to check out The Tale of Willie Monroe, In Her Hands, Minty:  A Story of Young Harriet Tubman, Smoky Mountain Rose, Lily and the Wooden Bowl, Ragtime Tumpie, Carolina Shout, Satchmo's Blues, Booker T. Washington, and so many others!
